A chuckleberry is a cross between a gooseberry, a redcurrant and a blackcurrant. The hybrid berry, grown on a farm in Herefordshire, gives an exciting and delicious taste. A chuckleberry looks like a big, vibrant purply juicy blackcurrant and when cooked gives a delightful, pleasurable sharp and sweet taste. INGREDIENTS: Chuckleberries (60.8%), Sugar (36.5%), Lemon Juice (2.4%), Natural Pectin (0.3%). Made in a domestic kitchen where nuts and other allergens are used. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Handmade in Dauntsey.
