Potatoes - Floury Kestrel

2kg bag of our Kestrel Potatoes. These are good for chips, roast or a more floury mash or baked potato. They do have a tendency to break up if you boil them so we always steam them. That's not a bad tip for potatoes in general, if you always steam rather than boil you'll never end up with a soggy mess
